- 300G Pack'D Organic & Chopped Pineapple
- 600G Picard-Organic Courgette Slices
- Bunch Spring Onion (Bunch)
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 250 Ml Kikkoman Less Salt Soy Sauce
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces, and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly browned.
- 2. Add 1 cup sliced celery to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until it turns bright green and slightly tender.
- 3. Stir in 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 cup diced courgette, and 3 chopped green onions. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup soy sauce with 1 tbsp flour until smooth. Pour the mixture into the skillet and stir well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
- 5. Add 1/2 cup orange slices and 1 cup pineapple chunks to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and the fruit is heated through.
- 6. Serve the stir-fry hot over steamed white rice for a complete and delicious dinner.
