Ingredients
- 500 Ml Freja Beef Classic Bone Broth
- 1 Kg Carrots - 1kg
- 1kg 1kg Green Pepper
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 400G Natco Lotus Root 400g
- - Schwartz Bay Leaves
- 200 g Nandus Mutton Mince
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)

- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 20 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a deep pan and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- 3. Drain the rice and add it to the pan. Stir for 2 minutes to coat with the oil and cumin.
- 4. Add 400 ml of water and a pinch of rock salt. Cover and cook the rice on low heat until fluffy.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds.
- 6. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 7. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies, cooking for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 8. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the mixture.
- 9. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
- 10. Add mutton mince, breaking it apart with a spoon, and cook until browned.
- 11. Pour in 100 ml of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15 minutes until the keema is fully cooked.
- 12. Garnish the keema with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- 13. Serve the spiced mutton keema alongside the jeera rice for a complete meal.
