Ingredients

  • 500 G Jack'S Cauliflower Florets
  • 470 G Dabur Organic Ghee
  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 500 g of cauliflower florets and cook for 4 to 6 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  2. 2. Drain the cauliflower thoroughly and allow it to cool slightly. Chop the florets into coarse pieces or slice them thinly, depending on your preference.
  3. 3. In a heavy skillet, melt 3 tbsp of ghee over very low heat.
  4. 4. Add the chopped cauliflower to the skillet and toss gently to coat it evenly with the ghee. Cook on low heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower absorbs most of the ghee.
  5. 5. Season the cauliflower with 1/2 tsp of salt for a subtle aromatic flavor.
  6. 6. Squeeze 1 tsp of fresh lemon juice over the cauliflower, toss lightly, and serve warm.
