- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 250G Tilda Wild Rice
- - Greens Frozen Medium Brussels Sprouts
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the wild rice under cold water and soak it for 10 minutes before cooking.
- 2. In a pot, bring water to a boil, add the wild rice, and cook for 25 minutes until tender.
- 3. While the rice cooks, marinate the chicken thighs with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and spice mix.
- 4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
