- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G

Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast and pat it dry with a paper towel.
- 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- 3. Coat the chicken breast evenly with the marinade and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 4. While the chicken marinates, rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 5. Dice the tomato and onion finely, and chop the basil leaves into small pieces.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
