  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
  • - Oregano 100g
  • - Mowi Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 1 Pack Planet Organic G's Baby Leaf Spinach
  • - Greenfields Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, black pepper, and oregano to prepare the marinade.
  3. 3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray and evenly coat them with the prepared marinade.
  4. 4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes until tender and flaky.
  5. 5. While the salmon is baking, peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
  6. 6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil.
