- 600 Ml Bristol Syrup Co Lime Juice, 600Ml
- NaN Unsweetened Almond Beverage
- 420G Kingsford Corn Starch, 420G
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar
Instructions
- 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of cornstarch, 1 cup of shredded coconut, 4 cups of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, and the juice of 2 lemons.
- 2. Stir the mixture continuously over low heat until it begins to thicken and comes to a gentle boil. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
- 3. Once the mixture has thickened, pour it into a shallow pan and spread it evenly.
- 4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- 5. Once set, cut the dessert into squares or wedges and serve chilled.
