- 3 X 400G Garofalo Chopped Italian Tomatoes
- 1 kg Cabbage 1 Kg
- 1 Kg Harry & Percy British Salad Potatoes
- 400G Natco Rich & Creamy Coconut Milk, 400G
- 960G Birds Eye Petits Pois
- 12.5 Kg Top-Op Cooking Salt 12.5kg

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large kettle, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 chopped onion. Simmer for 30 minutes to create a flavorful base.
- 3. Clean and chop 5 carrots, 3 celery stalks, 2 potatoes, 1 tomato, and 1 cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Add the chopped vegetables, 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning, and 1 cup frozen peas to the kettle. Stir well and let simmer for 45 minutes.
- 5. Stir in 1 can of coconut milk and 1 can of white corn. Cook for an additional 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Garnish with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
