Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 400G Italianavera Cherry Tomatoes In Botanical Tin, 400G
  • 700G Heinz Tomato Ketchup 700g
  • - Tata Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 finely chopped onion, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, shape the mixture into a large oval to form the spider's body, leaving some mixture aside for the legs.
  4. 4. Place the spider body in the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. 5. While the body is baking, divide the remaining mixture into 8 portions and roll each into a cylindrical shape to form the spider's legs.
  6. 6. Arrange the legs on another parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  7. 7. Once both the body and legs are cooked, carefully arrange the legs around the body on a serving platter to resemble a spider.
  8. 8. Cut 4 cherry tomatoes in half and use them to create the spider's eyes and other facial features. Optionally, drizzle 2 tbsp of ketchup over the spider's back for a spooky effect.
  9. 9. Serve warm and enjoy your creative and delicious spider-inspired meatloaf!
