- 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
- 250G Carbzone Low Carb Penne Pasta
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 100G Crushed Chilli Flakes, 100G
- 600G Picard Organic Green Beans
- 2.5 Kg Casa Marrazzo Organic Chopped Tomatoes, 2.5Kg
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 80 g Mozzarisella Granri Plant Based Grated Parmesan Style 80G
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
Instructions
- 1. Cook 8 oz penne pasta according to package directions for 'Al Dente'. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large skillet, sauté 1 diced onion over medium heat until softened, about 7-8 minutes.
- 3. Add 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper to the skillet and stir for 1 minute.
- 4. Add 1 teaspoon garlic powder and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- 5. Stir in 2 cups halved green beans and 1 can (2.5 kg) chopped tomatoes (do not drain). Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender.
- 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- 7. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- 8. Garnish with 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
