  • 1 Bunch Spinach Fresh 1 Bunch

  • 30G Dried Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms, 30G
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 207 Ml Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, 207Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the short-grain rice thoroughly, then cook it in a pot with double the amount of water until tender.
  2. 2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the tofu cubes until golden and crispy on all sides. Set aside.
  4. 4. Slice the carrot, zucchini, and shiitake mushrooms into thin strips, and finely chop the garlic.
  5. 5. Heat sesame oil in the pan, add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Remove and set aside.
  6. 6. In the same pan, sauté the carrot and zucchini until tender but still crisp. Remove and set aside.
  7. 7. Sauté the shiitake mushrooms in the remaining sesame oil until softened and lightly browned.
