- 400 g Manning Impex Frozen Tempeh 400G
- 187 Ml Pure Maple Syrup, 187Ml
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Edmal Red Cabbage
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
Instructions
- 1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the tempeh strips with the sauce until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Thinly slice the carrot, cucumber, and red cabbage into matchsticks.
- 5. Warm the whole grain wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.
- 6. Lay lettuce leaves on each wrap and top with the cooked tempeh.
- 7. Add the sliced vegetables evenly across the wraps.
- 8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the filling for added texture and flavor.
- 9. Fold the wraps tightly, tucking in the edges to secure the filling.
- 10. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
