Ingredients

  • 400 g Manning Impex Frozen Tempeh 400G
  • 187 Ml Pure Maple Syrup, 187Ml
  • 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
  • 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Edmal Red Cabbage
  • - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
  • 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the tempeh into thin strips and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the tempeh strips with the sauce until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Thinly slice the carrot, cucumber, and red cabbage into matchsticks.
  5. 5. Warm the whole grain wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.
