- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Soak the soy chunks in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.
- 2. In a bowl, mix gochujang paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to create the sauce.
- 3. Mince the garlic and ginger, and thinly slice the green onions, carrot, and cucumber.
- 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger in sesame oil until fragrant.
- 5. Add the soy chunks to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes, ensuring they are evenly cooked.
- 6. Pour the prepared sauce over the soy chunks and cook for another 3 minutes until glazed.
- 7. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, ensuring they remain crisp.
- 8. Assemble the wraps by placing soy chunks, sliced vegetables, and green onions onto each lettuce leaf.
- 9. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the wraps for added texture and flavor.
