  • 300 g Trs Flake Rice Thick Pawa 300G
  • - Korean Red Pepper Powder - Gochugaru
  • 400 g 3 X Cooked Lentils 400 G - Bionsan
  • 1 Kg White Granulated Sugar
  • - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
  • 300G Pure Sweet Potato Starch, 300G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • - Amoy Dark Soy Sauce
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • 1 Lemon - 1 Each
  • 480G Echigo Nihon No Gohan Japanese Cooked Rice, 480G
  • 500 Ml Pure Korean Sesame Oil, 500Ml
  • 80G Roasted Sesame Seeds With Curry, 80G

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and peel the daikon radish, carrots, cucumber, and chayote squash, then thinly slice them into strips.
  2. 2. Heat 15ml of olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant, around 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, gochugaru, brown sugar, and 5g of sea salt, cooking for another 3 minutes until the mushrooms are fully coated and caramelized.
  5. 5. Set the mushrooms aside and in the same pan, stir-fry the sliced vegetables with the remaining olive oil for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
  6. 6. Prepare the sweet potato starch according to package instructions, ensuring it is soft and fluffy.
  7. 7. Assemble the bibimbap by layering the sweet potato starch as the base, adding the cooked lentils, sautéed mushrooms, and vegetables on top.
  8. 8. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness and mix everything together before serving.
