- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Greenfields Black Peppercorns
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash and thinly slice the carrots, zucchini, and spring onions for the stir-fry.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- 3. Add the sliced vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 5 minutes until tender but crisp.
- 4. Stir in the cooked lentils, gochujang paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to coat evenly.
- 5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, and season with salt and black pepper.
- 6. In a separate pan, toast sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes until golden and aromatic.
- 7. Mix the toasted sesame seeds into the cooked jasmine rice and fluff gently with a fork.
- 8. Plate the sesame rice and top it with the spicy lentil stir-fry, garnishing with chopped spring onions.
