Ingredients
- 1 Kg Green Lentils, 1Kg
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- - Imperial Elephant Jasmine Fragrant Rice
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook the jasmine rice and let it cool slightly before use.
- 2. Rinse and cook the green lentils until tender, then drain any excess water.
- 3. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté minced garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- 4. Add the cooked lentils, gochujang paste, soy sauce, and sesame seeds, stirring well to combine.
- 5. Julienne the carrot and cucumber into thin strips and chop the spring onions finely.
- 6. Soak each rice paper wrap in warm water for 15-20 seconds until soft and pliable.
- 7. Place a small portion of cooked rice onto the softened wrap as a base.
- 8. Add the seasoned lentils, followed by carrot, cucumber, and spring onions on top.
- 9. Fold the sides of the rice paper inward, then roll tightly into a wrap shape.
- 10. Repeat with the remaining rice paper wraps and filling mixture.
- 11. Optional: lightly toast the wraps in a dry pan for added texture and warmth.
- 12. Serve the wraps with a side of soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
