Instructions

  1. 1. Pat dry the chicken thighs and sprinkle them with salt, black pepper, and rice flour for a light coating.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in an air fryer-safe skillet and sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and Korean red pepper powder.
