- - Mori-Nu Silken Firm Tofu
- 160 Ml Cj Bibigo Sesame Oil
- 120 Ml Lee Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar 120ml
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Ginger - 100g
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- - Schwartz Sesame Seeds
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 500G Cj Taeyangcho Red Pepper Gochujang Paste
- - Honey & Mustard Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, gochujang paste, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- 3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated tofu for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
- 5. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and carrot into strips for the lettuce wraps.
- 6. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves, ensuring they are clean and ready to use as wraps.
- 7. Assemble the wraps by placing the cooked tofu, sliced vegetables, and chopped green onions onto the lettuce leaves.
- 8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture and flavor.
