- 1 Kg Shazans Chicken Thighs

- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thighs, then marinate with turmeric and salt for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a tawa or large skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes to release its aroma.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, forming a thick base.
- 5. Add Kolhapuri masala, red chili powder, and coriander powder, mixing well to coat the base evenly.
- 6. Place the marinated chicken thighs onto the tawa and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 7. Cover the tawa and let the chicken cook for another 15 minutes, ensuring it absorbs the spices.
- 8. Remove the lid and let the chicken fry uncovered for 5 minutes, achieving a slightly crisp texture.
- 9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
