- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/3 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt.
- 3. Gently fold in 1 cup fresh spinach leaves and 1 can (about 150 g) of drained sardines until evenly mixed.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased pie plate or small casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
