- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- NaN Old India Blanched Ground Almond Flour

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup of spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, drain any excess liquid, and let cool.
- 3. In a bowl, combine the cooled spinach, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well to form the stuffing.
- 4. In a shallow dish, mix 1/2 cup almond flour with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
