- 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Cooks & Co Sliced Mushrooms
- - Longley Farm Freshly Soured Cream
- - Cathedral City Mature Cheddar Cheese
- - Philadelphia Original Soft Cream Cheese 165g
- 395G D'Aucy Chopped Spinach
- - Tata Salt
- - Schwartz Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 lb of ground beef with 1 diced onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and 1 teaspoon of italian seasoning. Cook until the beef is fully browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Add 1 package of fresh spinach to the skillet. Cover and let the spinach wilt and become mixable, about 3-5 minutes. Stir to combine.
- 4. Stir in 1 cup of sour cream and 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and heated through.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
