- 340G Cypressa Whole Black Olives
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 1Pc Avacado 1pc
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 350G Cathedral City Lighter Mature Cheese
- 500 ml Crucials Hot Stuff Sauce 500Ml
- 8 X 40G Carbzone Lowcarb Fibre Rich Small Tortillas
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- 2. Brush 6 low-carb tortillas lightly with water and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 3. Evenly spread 2/3 cup of shredded cheese over each tortilla.
- 4. Sprinkle diced black olives and chopped green chilies over the cheese on each tortilla.
- 5. Top each prepared tortilla with another low-carb tortilla to form a sandwich.
- 6. Lightly brush the top tortillas with water and cover the baking sheet with foil.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and the tortillas are hot.
- 8. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the quesadillas cool slightly.
- 9. Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- 10. Top each wedge with a slice of avocado and brush the avocado slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
