- - Tata Salt
- - Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar

- 1. Peel the cucumbers and slice them thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline.
- 2. Sprinkle the cucumber slices evenly with 1 tablespoon of salt and let them sit in a bowl for at least an hour or overnight. Place a plate on top of the cucumbers and weigh it down with a heavy object to press out excess moisture.
- 3. After the resting period, drain the cucumbers and rinse them thoroughly under cold water to remove excess salt.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and a pinch of cumin powder to create the dressing.
