- 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
- - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- 70G Mill & Mortar Citrus Salt Flakes, 70G
Instructions
- 1. Lay 500 g of green beans flat in a large pot and cover them with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes until tender.
- 2. Drain the green beans and allow them to cool completely.
- 3. In a separate pot, combine 5 cups of lemon juice, 1/2 cup of salt, and 2 tablespoons of dill. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring to dissolve the salt.
- 4. Pack the cooled green beans into sterilized pint jars, standing the beans upright.
- 5. Add a pinch of nutritional yeast to each jar for a subtle aromatic flavor.
- 6. Pour the boiling lemon juice and dill mixture over the green beans in the jars, ensuring the beans are fully submerged.
- 7. Seal the jars tightly and allow them to cool to room temperature before storing.
