- 400 Ml Coconut Merchant Organic Coconut Cream

- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 can of gluten-free cream of celery soup, 1 can of coconut cream, and 1 3/4 cups of milk. Mix until smooth.
- 3. Heat the mixture gently in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
- 4. Add 1 1/2 cups of uncooked rice to the soup mixture and stir to combine.
- 5. Pour the rice and soup mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
