  • 1 Kg Red Pumpkin (Kaddu) ~ 1kg
  • - Ktc Coconut Milk 400ml
  • - Fresh Asian Coriander Bunch
  • 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
  • 1 Piece Red Bell Pepper, 1pcs | Gopuff
  • 100 G Trs Ground Cumin Jeera Powder
  • 400 g Trs Turmeric Powder 400G
  • 750 G Top-Op Table Salt Drums
  • 100G Ginger 100G
  • 1 Onion Red 1 Each
  • - 60g Red Chili

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add asafoetida, ground cumin, and turmeric powder, stirring for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
  2. 2. Add the diced bell pepper and chopped celery to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  3. 3. Add the cubed pumpkin to the pot, stirring to coat with the spices. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and add enough water to just cover the vegetables. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the pumpkin is tender.
