Ingredients

- - Rajah Dhaniya Whole Coriander Seeds
- 100G Fresh Spices Fresh Small Green Chillies
- 200G East End Desiccated Coconut
- - Forest Whole Foods Organic White Quinoa
- - Tata Salt
- 25 g Artemis Cloves Grain Bio 25 G
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water and set it aside to drain.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and sauté the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick for 1 minute.
- 3. Add thinly sliced onions to the pan and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder, then cook until the tomatoes soften.
- 6. Mix in diced carrots, green beans, and green peas, cooking for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
- 7. Pour in the coconut milk and water, then add salt and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
- 8. Add the rinsed quinoa to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
- 9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the quinoa cook for 15 minutes or until tender and fluffy.
- 10. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh mint leaves before serving.
- 11. Serve the biryani hot with a side of fresh salad or raita for a complete meal.
