  • 200G East End Desiccated Coconut

  • - Tata Salt
  • 25 g Artemis Cloves Grain Bio 25 G

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under running water and set it aside to drain.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan and sauté the bay leaf, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon stick for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add thinly sliced onions to the pan and cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala powder, then cook until the tomatoes soften.
  6. 6. Mix in diced carrots, green beans, and green peas, cooking for 5 minutes while stirring frequently.
  7. 7. Pour in the coconut milk and water, then add salt and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  8. 8. Add the rinsed quinoa to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
  9. 9. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let the quinoa cook for 15 minutes or until tender and fluffy.
