  • 500 G Chicken Breast Steaks 500g Garlic Butter
  • NaN Akash Basmati Rice

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain it completely.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions until golden brown, then set aside for garnishing.
  3. 3. Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat oil and ghee in a large pot, add bay leaves, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom, and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. 5. Add marinated chicken to the pot and cook until the chicken is tender and the masala thickens.
  6. 6. In another pot, boil water with salt and cook the rice until it is 70% cooked, then drain it.
  7. 7. Layer the cooked chicken masala and rice alternately in the pot, sprinkling fried onions, mint, and coriander between layers.
  8. 8. Cover the pot tightly and cook on low heat for 15 minutes to allow the biryani to steam and flavors to meld.
  9. 9. Gently fluff the rice and serve the biryani hot with a side of raita or pickle.
