- 25G Natco Mint
- 250G Tilda Wholegrain Basmati Rice 250g
- NaN Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- 200G Natco Coconut Flakes, 200G

- 375G Birds Eye Garden Peas
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the rice and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- 3. Blanch the peas in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water to retain their bright color.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 5. Stir in the honey and lemon juice, cooking for another minute until slightly thickened.
- 6. Add the prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping once, until they turn pink and are coated in the honey glaze.
