- 1 Kg Pariani Italian Lara Walnuts, 1Kg
- 100G Natco Golden Raisins 100g
- 200G Mergulo Original Plant-Based Butter
- 1 Piece Fresh Green Pumpkin Piece I 1kg
- 250Ml Shady Maple Farms Organic Maple Syrup
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Place the acorn squash in a shallow, microwave-safe dish and microwave according to the manufacturer's directions until tender.
- 2. Carefully halve the squash lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts, 1 tablespoon of raisins, 1 tablespoon of softened butter, and a pinch of asafoetida (hing) for flavor.
- 4. Spoon the honey-nut mixture evenly into the hollowed-out centers of the squash halves.
- 5. Return the filled squash halves to the microwave and heat on High (100%) for 30 seconds or until the filling is warm and lightly glazed.
