- 100G Borwicks Bicarbonate Of Soda, 100G
- 100G Ginni'S Raw Pecans 100g
- 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- - Tata Salt
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mixed herbs thoroughly and rinse well to remove any dirt or debris.
- 2. Finely chop the herbs and set them aside.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
- 4. Gradually add 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp baking soda to the egg mixture, whisking to ensure no lumps remain.
- 5. Stir in the chopped herbs and 1 tbsp finely chopped pecans, mixing evenly.
- 6. Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 7. Pour the egg and herb mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bottom is set and golden brown.
- 8. Flip the frittata carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
- 9. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
