  • 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G
  • - Ktc Vegetable Oil
  • - Tata Salt
  • 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the mixed herbs thoroughly and rinse well to remove any dirt or debris.
  2. 2. Finely chop the herbs and set them aside.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
  4. 4. Gradually add 1 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp baking soda to the egg mixture, whisking to ensure no lumps remain.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped herbs and 1 tbsp finely chopped pecans, mixing evenly.
  6. 6. Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. 7. Pour the egg and herb mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the bottom is set and golden brown.
  8. 8. Flip the frittata carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked and golden.
  9. 9. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
