  • 500 G Trs Green Lentils
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • 1 Piece Cucumber 1Pc
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 75G Greenfields Hot Wings Seasoning, 75G
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the green lentils thoroughly under cold water and drain.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add the lentils along with a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat and simmer the lentils for 20 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  4. 4. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes while preparing the vegetables.
  5. 5. Peel the carrots and chop them into thin sticks; slice the cucumber into bite-sized rounds.
  6. 6. In a mixing bowl, combine the carrots and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, ½ teaspoon of Schwartz Italian Seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Place the seasoned carrots in the air fryer basket and roast at 200°C for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
