- 500G Natco Unrefined Jaggery, 500G
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger
- 150G Fage Total 0% Greek Strained Yoghurt With Honey
- 450G Rose Rice Flour, 450G
- 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil
- 1.5 Kg Best In Plain Flour 1.5 Kg
- 500 Ml Haday Signature Dark Soy Sauce, 500Ml
- - Marnoto Hand Harvest Fine Sea Salt
- - Chicken Breast
- 250 g French Beans
- 200 g Butter Cookies
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Garlic
- - Thyme
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts, then season them with salt, pepper, and dried thyme evenly.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, and add the chicken breasts to sear for 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 3. Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and cook the chicken for an additional 10 minutes until fully cooked through.
- 4. While the chicken is cooking, wash and trim the ends of the green beans and set them aside.
- 5. In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- 6. Add the green beans to the pan with the garlic butter, season lightly with salt, and sauté for 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- 7. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 2 minutes before slicing into thick, juicy pieces.
- 8. Plate the chicken alongside the buttered green beans and serve warm.
