Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Peel and dice the sweet potato into small cubes and place them on the tray.
- 3. Drizzle the sweet potato with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
- 4. Roast the sweet potato in the oven for 20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and tender.
