Ingredients
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 80 g Mozzarisella Granri Plant Based Grated Parmesan Style 80G
- 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- - Tata Salt
- - Ktc Vegetable Oil
- 140G Greenfields Mixed Herbs, 140G
Instructions
- 1. To thaw the frozen bread dough, place it in the refrigerator the night before in a covered bowl. By morning, it will be ready to use.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 3. Roll out the thawed dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a flat, even base.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp nutritional yeast, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Sprinkle 1 tbsp mixed herbs and 2 tbsp grated cheese evenly over the dough.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
- 7. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and slice into pieces. Serve warm or at room temperature.
