Ingredients
- 1 Bunch Spring Onions 1 Bunch
- 50G Picard Chopped Chives
- 1 Block Greek Feta Cheese 900g
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- 50G Pepper Black Ground BWFO
- 1 Kg Dumpling Flour, 1Kg
- 80 Ml Ladolea Set Of 2 Lemon & Oregano Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 80Ml
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine dumpling flour with a pinch of black pepper and garlic powder. Gradually add lemon & oregano infused olive oil and water, kneading until a pliable dough forms.
- 2. Lightly grease 15 baking cups with olive oil and set them aside.
- 3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a 15 x 9-inch rectangle. If the dough is too springy, let it rest for 5 minutes before continuing.
- 4. Spread the feta cheese evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the garlic powder, chives, and black pepper over the cheese.
- 5. Evenly distribute the chopped green onions over the cheese and herb mixture.
- 6. Starting from the long edge closest to you, tightly roll the dough into a log. Pinch the seam to seal it, then cut the log into 15 slices of similar size.
- 7. Place each slice, cut side up, into the prepared baking cups. Cover loosely with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, or until slightly puffed.
- 8. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- 9. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a delightful dinner option.
