Ingredients

  • - Sunita Lemon Juice Organic
  • 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
  • 50G Picard Chopped Flat Parsley
  • - Everest Paneer
  • 250G Holland & Barrett Nutritional Yeast Flakes
  • 12.5 Kg Top-Op Cooking Salt 12.5kg
  • 1 L Ktc Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups sunflower oil, 3/4 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/3 cup lemon juice, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, and 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley to create the marinade.
  2. 2. Cut 500 g paneer into thick steak-like slices and gently prick each slice with a fork to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  3. 3. Place the paneer slices in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  4. 4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Remove the paneer slices from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off, and place them on the grill.
  5. 5. Grill the paneer slices for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they develop a golden-brown crust and are heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the grilled paneer steaks hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
