Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Chop the parsley and dill finely, and mince the garlic cloves.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the parsley, dill, garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the herb mixture.
  4. 4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared tray and spread the herb mixture evenly over the top.
