- 100 g Yorkshire English Carrots 100G
- 1 Broccoli - 1 Head

- 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- NaN Top Op Suva Dill Seeds
- 100 G Jumbo Garlic 100g
- - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
- 100G Rajah Black Pepper Ground 100G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Wash and cut the carrots into thin sticks and trim the broccoli into small florets.
- 3. Toss the vegetables in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and 0.5 teaspoon black pepper.
