- 230G Mowi Asc Scottish Salmon Fillets
- 50G Natoora Fresh Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
- - Dill Leaves/Shepu
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Bulb - 1 Each
- 1 Lemon - 1 Each
- 250G Tilda Wholegrain Basmati Rice 250g
- 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
- 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Chop the parsley and dill finely, then mix them in a small bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray and spread the herb mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
- 4. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
