- 1 Bunch Fresh Dill (Bunch)
- NaN Tilda Long Grain Rice
- 230G Mowi Asc Scottish Salmon Fillets
- - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
- - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 210 Ml Sichuan Peppercorn Oil - Prickly Oil, 210Ml
- - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
- 100G Rajah Black Pepper Ground 100G
Instructions
- 1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to warm it up.
- 2. Finely chop the dill, parsley, and garlic cloves, and set them aside in a small bowl.
- 3. Zest the lemon and mix it with the chopped herbs and garlic to create the herb crust for the salmon.
- 4. Rub the herb mixture onto the salmon fillets evenly, pressing gently to adhere the mixture to the surface.
