Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- 2. Finely chop parsley and dill, then mix them with almond flour in a bowl.
- 3. Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of lemon juice.
- 4. Coat the salmon fillets evenly with the herb-almond mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5. Arrange the coated salmon on the baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- 6. Bake the salmon in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the crust is golden and the fish is cooked through.
- 7. While the salmon is baking, peel and mince the garlic cloves.
- 8. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the minced garlic.
