  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • - PLJ Lemon Juice Original Sharp 500ml
  • - Edmal Red Cabbage
  • - Oxo Chicken Stock Cubes
  • - Greenfields Caraway Seeds
  • 1 L Olive Oil – Organic
  • - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • - Greenfields Black Peppercorns

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Finely chop parsley and dill, then mix them together in a small bowl.
  3. 3. Rub olive oil onto the salmon fillets and season with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs.
  4. 4. Place the salmon on the prepared tray and bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
  5. 5. While salmon bakes, shred the red cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
  6. 6. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  7. 7. Add shredded cabbage, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper to the pan, stirring well.

  9. 9. Let the cabbage simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
