  • - Rosemary Rosmarinus Officinalis Herb Garden Plant
  • - Ducros Dried Thyme
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
  • 250G Fresh Green Beans - 250G
  • 250 Ml Trs Lemon Juice 250Ml
  • - Maldon Flakes Sea Salt
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • 1.5 kg Green Fine Beans 1X1.5Kg
  • 100 Ml Pariani Roasted Bronte Pistachio Oil, 100Ml

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. 2. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme, then mix them in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper to create a herb rub.
  3. 3. Coat the lamb leg steak evenly with the herb rub and place it onto the prepared baking tray.
  4. 4. Roast the lamb in the oven for 20 minutes, turning it halfway through for even cooking.
  5. 5. While the lamb is roasting, trim the ends off the green beans and rinse them under cold water.
  6. 6. Heat the remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and add minced garlic cloves.
  7. 7. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute until fragrant, then add the green beans and toss to coat with the garlic oil.
  8. 8. Cook the green beans for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
