- 700G Turf & Clover Small Beef Roasting Joint
- - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
- - Sussex Wholefoods Organic Dried Basil
- - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
- - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic
- - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- - Oregano 100g
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
- 2. Rub the marinade evenly over 500 g beef tenderloin, ensuring it is well-coated.
- 3. Cover the tenderloin with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the marinated beef tenderloin on a rack inside a roasting pan.
- 5. Bake the tenderloin in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or adjust the time based on your preferred level of doneness.
