  • 700G Turf & Clover Small Beef Roasting Joint
  • - Filippo Berio Garlic Flavoured Olive Oil
  • - Sussex Wholefoods Organic Dried Basil
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • - Organic Dried Rosemary Hatton Hill Organic
  • - Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • - Oregano 100g

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Rub the marinade evenly over 500 g beef tenderloin, ensuring it is well-coated.
  3. 3. Cover the tenderloin with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to infuse.
