- 545G Birds Eye Petits Pois
- 1 Kg Fresh Onion Pack. 1kg - Ofoodi African Store
- 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
- 1.5 Kg Harry & Percy British Mashing Potatoes
- 60G Terre Exotique Cheeselovers Pepper, 60G
- 225G The Tofoo Co. Original Seitan
- - Mill & Mortar Finishing Salt Flakes Gift Set
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. In a large Dutch oven or oven-safe dish, combine 4 cups of diced seitan, 1 cup of chopped cabbage, 1 cup of diced carrots, 1 cup of trimmed green beans, 1 cup of peas, 2 chopped onions, 3 stalks of diced celery, and 1 cup of diced potatoes.
- 3. Add enough water to cover the ingredients, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 4. Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors are well combined.
