  • 1 stick Organic Celery Stick
  • 1 Kg Yellow/White Onion 1kg

  • 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
  • - Schwartz Garlic Powder 480g
  • - Mccormick Cumin Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, brown 1 lb of ground halal beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, combine 2 cans of chopped tomatoes, 1 can of diced tomatoes, and 1 can of kidney beans (drained and rinsed).
  3. 3. Add 2 stalks of celery (chopped) and 1 onion (diced) to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  4. 4. Season the mixture with 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/4 tsp thyme, 1/8 tsp cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir thoroughly.
  5. 5. Add the cooked ground beef to the pot and mix well. Heat the stew over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors meld together.
