  • 1 Kg Green Lentils, 1Kg
  • 4 Pack Fresh Carrots - Pack Of 4
  • - Fresh Asian Mooli Radish Daikon Exotic Vegetable
  • 1 Onion Large 1 Each
  • 100G Celery Salt, 100G
  • 500G Great Scot Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 75G Greenfields Berbere Spice Blend, 75G
  • - Biona Capers In Olive Oil
  • 400G Greenfield Himalayan Salt Fine 400G
  • 100G Heera Black Pepper Powder 100g
  • - Schwartz Flat Leaf Parsley

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the green lentils thoroughly under cold water and set them aside.
  2. 2. Peel and dice the carrots, mooli radish, onion, and celery into bite-sized chunks.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat and sauté the onion until translucent, about 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add diced carrots, mooli radish, and celery to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
