Instructions
- 1. Chop 1 medium cabbage, 1 green pepper, 2 celery stalks, and 1 medium onion into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a large pot, combine the chopped cabbage, green pepper, celery, onion, green beans, and mushrooms.
- 3. Add 1 liter of vegetable bouillon to the pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
